- We are happy to offer an exchange facility on all Sunglasses/Frames only within 7 days from the date of delivery provided they are unused and accompanied with the original tags and packaging. Please mention the reason of exchange along with the invoice before shipping.
- For exchange of any Frame/Sunglass, please feel free to select another product from our website or visit our stores physically. In case you decide to select a product which is priced lower than the original products, then the price difference shall not be refunded by the company. We will provide a credit note for the difference amount.
- At the time of exchange, if you do not like any other product on our website, we are more than happy to provide a credit note for that amount.
- Contact Lenses can be exchanged in case of power change (3 months from purchase) provided the box is unopened and in original condition along with the invoice. We do not accept returns if the box has been opened or tampered with.
- Spectacle frames once made cannot be exchanged or returned. However only frames can be, provided the lenses have not been fitted.
- For any issues regarding prescription lenses, please feel free to reach out to our customer care or in store team.
- Credit notes do not have an expiry period.
- All returns/ store credits issued are subject to a detailed quality check of products received back by our team.
