Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Dayal Opticals follows a strict no-refund policy.
- Clients can exchange sunglasses or frames within 7 days of delivery, provided the products are unused and the original tags and packaging are intact.
- Clients can cancel their purchase within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations after 24 hours will not be accepted unless initiated by Dayal Opticals.
- If an order is cancelled by Dayal Opticals due to internal reasons, a full refund will be issued, along with the reason for the cancellation.
- If the client selects a product priced lower than the original purchase, the price difference will not be refunded. A credit note will be issued for the difference amount.
- If the client does not like any other product at the time of exchange, a credit note will be provided for the full amount.
- Credit notes do not have an expiry period.
- All returns and store credits are subject to a detailed quality check of the returned products by the Dayal Opticals team.
