At Dayal Opticals, we believe in providing the best service along with the best products without nat compromise. Authenticity has been our topmost priority for over 60 years, since our inception. All brands sold by us are sourced directly from the manufacturing companies or their authorised distributor in India. Each product comes with the Authenticity card from the company, along with a tax invoice from Dayal Opticals. 

At Dayal Opticals, any product you buy will come with a minimum warranty of one year, related to any manufacturing defects. If any client faces an issue which is a manufacturing defect, we will replace the product or give a credit note for the same, depending on the availability of the product. 

At Dayal Opticals, we are more than happy to go out of our way to help our client. Issues related to adjustments, repairs etc will be solved free of cost at any of the Dayal Optical stores. Any service which is within the reach of our on ground team and does not involve the parent companies will be done at no cost. This is applicable to all clients, whether you have purchased the product from us or not. 

For any services involving the parent companies, we will do our best to try to minimise the charges for any services provided by them.
