Any service manageable by our ground team and does not involve the parent companies will be conducted at no charge. For any service that does involve the parent companies, we will strive to minimise the cost.

We deliver orders within a period of seven days, excluding national holidays, natural calamities, and emergencies. We assume full responsibility for shipments and resolving delivery related queries. We offer free shipping for orders across India. For international shipping, custom duties are not included in the price and may be applicable upon arrival, as determined by the country's customs policies.

Dayal Opticals offers an exchange policy for sunglasses only within a period of 7 days since delivery, provided that the product is unused and accompanied with its original tags and packaging. In case of return, we offer credit notes for the same amount. Contact Lenses can be exchanged within a period of 3 months since delivery, in case of a power change, provided that the box and its containers are unopened and undamaged. Spectacle frames once made cannot be exchanged or returned. However, frames alone can be exchanged if the lenses have not been fitted.
